Scribe is The Guild's voice transcription module. Immediately after an exercise, the assessor opens Scribe, selects the candidate and competency, and records their observations aloud. Scribe transcribes the recording and structures it — mapped to the right competency, ready for Forge.
The cognitive gap between observing and writing is where quality is lost. Scribe closes that gap. Observations captured in the moment, before the next exercise begins, before the detail fades.
Scribe works offline. Recordings sync when connected. Assessment Centres happen in hotel conference rooms and client offices — connectivity cannot be a dependency.
